Heather Grunkemeier

With over 10 years of experience in product management (including 3 years in Singapore and 2 in London), I discovered my true calling in 2017: to make technology products safer and inspire others to do the same.

Prior to starting my own company, I spearheaded the T&S strategy for Rover, where I collaborated with stakeholders across the organization to prioritize risks and developed a comprehensive, multi-year, roadmap to address them. Through my efforts, I significantly reduced the time between detecting issues and taking action, enhanced customer trust-building programs, and formulated numerous impactful Trust and Safety policies.
