The Marketplace Risk Scholarship Program provides a unique opportunity for marketplaces and digital platforms to attend the highly regarded Marketplace Risk Management Conference. Individuals impacted by layoffs and bootstrapped/unfunded startups can qualify for complimentary and discounted registration fees. This initiative removes barriers and fosters inclusivity within our community, allowing attendees to join industry leaders and gain valuable insights to help them thrive.

About the Scholarship Program
In order to attract marketplace and sharing economy startups that are bootstrapped and/or unfunded, we recognize that we must remove barriers to participation. At a minimum, we offer scholarships in the form of complimentary and discounted registration fees to those who qualify, including for startups in the marketplace, sharing, gig, on-demand, peer-to-peer and collaborative economy, that would not otherwise attend the Marketplace Risk Management Conference but for the scholarship program.
Qualifications
Application Process
This is even simpler than the qualifications. Simply contact us describing your interest in the Marketplace Risk Management Conference along with your qualifications (1 or 2 from above). Keep in mind, although we interpret the qualification requirements pretty loosely, we want to ensure that scholarships go to those who need it and who would benefit the most. We will let you know pretty quickly thereafter. Once we do, simply register and attend the entire Marketplace Risk Management Conference, and fill out the surveys for each session that you attend. Once the conference is over and we confirm your attendance and all surveys have been completed, you will be refunded the registration fees. It's as simple as that!
