With two decades of experience igniting human potential at Big Tech behind her, in 2024, Darshini founded The Human Skills Company to transform how people and organisations work. As a professionally certified and awarded coach, she has worked with hundreds of clients in individual and group coaching capacities to help them find their full potential. Passionate about internal coaching and creating lasting organisational culture, Darshini has also just finished additional research in the space of internal coaching with INSEAD. Darshini leverages a systems psychodynamic approach, taking into account the whole individual or system.
