Rami Soysa

Rami Soysa is a client engagement and data insights leader in International Affinity at Marsh. He supports global clients to launch affinity/embedded insurance programs across multiple regions, with a special focus on embedded micro-cyber insurance, warranty, and heavy equipment protection. In addition, he leads the soft automation teams responsible for analytics automation and tailored data solutions. With a background in engineering, Rami started his career in the Aviation sector before transitioning to insurance. He also co-founded a start-up in laboratory growth diamonds in Hong Kong before joining Marsh.
