Fake and AI-gen provider accounts are becoming more of an issue on many platforms, and customers are losing trust. It's not enough to verify that the provider/seller is real through identification, it's also important to give customers the experience that the platform is secure and trustworthy. Panel will discuss how NOCD created a much more secure and safe experience for customers through authentic provider introduction videos.
